Major (R) Waqar Ahmed Malik
Mr.Waqar is a well-experienced realtor who has served in the Army for over 15 years in different administrative and operational roles. Operationalizing his expertise, in 2008 he ventured into the real estate sector and has since been involved in town planning and development of multiple projects. He has a wealth of knowledge in the field as he has also been attached with DHA for land acquisition.
Under his able guidance, the Pine City has seen a significant growth in its real estate
business. He has helped numerous clients in buying and selling properties. He is well-versed with the local market conditions and has a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
